近年來(lái),內(nèi)模控制在工業(yè)過(guò)程中不僅得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,而且其理論研究也取得了很大的進(jìn)展。內(nèi)模控制(Internal Model Control, IMC)是一種簡(jiǎn)單、實(shí)用的先進(jìn)控制算法,是研究其它基于模型控制策略的理論基礎(chǔ)。本文介紹了內(nèi)模控制的基本原理及內(nèi)模控制器的設(shè)計(jì)方法、特性及應(yīng)用,基于過(guò)程控制實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了內(nèi)模控制在水箱水位控制系統(tǒng)中的設(shè)計(jì)方案,首先對(duì)被控對(duì)象進(jìn)行模型辨識(shí)著手,然后建立IMC結(jié)構(gòu)模型,討論算法優(yōu)化性能指標(biāo)中的參數(shù)選擇,最后利用MATLAB對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了仿真。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所采用的設(shè)計(jì)方法合理可行,體現(xiàn)了內(nèi)模控制的實(shí)用性和控制效果的優(yōu)越性,對(duì)于內(nèi)模控制在其它領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用具有一定的參考價(jià)值。

Abstract
In recent years, the Internal model control (IMC) in the industrial process has not only been widely used, but its theoretical research has made great progress. Internal model control (IMC) is a simple and practical advanced process control algorithm, and it’s the theory basis of other strategies based on model principles of IMC and its design method, characteristic and application of controller are presented, and it was applied in the process control experimental equipment, has studied the Internal model control (IMC) in the water tank water monitor system's design proposal, First carries on the model identification to the controlled plant to begin, then establishes the IMC structural model, in the discussion algorithm optimization performance index parameter choice, finally has carried on the simulation using MATLAB to the control system. The test result indicated that uses design method reasonable feasible, has manifested the cast control usability and the control effect superiority, has certain reference value regarding the cast control in other domain's application.
