摘要：本論文在確定企業債務資本成本的定義及分類的基礎上，列舉了企業債務資本成本的各種計算方法，并且對企業債務資本成本計算方法從時間價值和利息節稅的角度上進行比較，最后提出企業債務資本成本計算方法中的注意點。

Abstract：The thesis make an objective research on the basis of understanding the definition and category of debt capital cost , listed Various methods of calculating the cost of capital, and comparison the method of corporate debt capital costs from time value and saving interest. Finally proposed the points which must be attention in  calculating corporate debt capital cost .
