摘要

支付寶（中國）網絡技術有限公司是國內領先的第三方支付平臺,致力于提供“簡單、安全、快速”的支付解決方案,是由馬云先生在2004 年 12 月創立的第三方支付平臺。已經成為我國最大、國際知名的第三方支付平臺,近些年來發展迅速,已發展成為融合了支付、生活服務、政務服務、社交、理財、保險、公益等多個場景和行業的開放性平臺,它能提供便捷的支付、轉賬、收款等功能,可以輕松理財,在我們的日常生活中扮演著重要的角色,它為電子商務運營商、個人用戶、無線服務和互聯網服務提供商創造了一個便捷的支付平臺。

目前，支付寶實名用戶超過 3億，支付寶成為通用的支付平臺，對于淘寶，對于消費者，對于整個電子商務的發展都有著積極的促進作用。對于淘寶來講，支付寶成通用支付平臺增加了淘寶的流量。同時也吸引更多的賣家到淘寶開店，從而增加支付寶的現金存量；對于網購的消費者來講，支付寶使得網購的風險降至最低；對于整個電子商務行業來講，支付寶成為通用平臺也將有利于電子商務的誠信環境，增強消費者對電子商務的信任，從而有利于電子商務的快速發展。      

當今信息時代，科學技術的迅猛發展，IT人員潛入研究計算機應用技術，使得計算機的應用越來越普遍。網絡的發展也促進了電子商務行業的發展，各種電子商務平臺不斷出現在我們的面前，網絡購物的便利性已經得到大眾的認可。而隨著電子商務行業的快速發展，通過網絡進行結算的渠道不再僅僅是傳統的銀行，傳統的銀行支付已經無法滿足電子商務的發展要求。因此眾多第三方網上支付平臺應運而生，而在眾多第三方支付中，最受人們歡迎的是支付寶，它是在網絡購物中網民使用最多的支付方式，是第三方網上支付方式的代表。所以在互聯網未來發展相當長的時間內，支付寶都會是熱門的話題。

本文的目的是在于通過了解支付寶產品的基本概況，進而了解支付寶的產品研究、遇到的問題、與網上商業銀行的競合關系和央行對支付寶的最新限制政策等，最后是提出支付寶的未來發展分析總結，讓我們從各個方面更加了解支付寶的產品研究與分析。

Has become China's largest and famous international third-party payment platform, is developing rapidly in recent years, has developed into a blend of the pay, life services, government services, social, financial, insurance, public welfare, such as multiple scenarios and the open platform of the industry, it can provide convenient payment, transfer, payment and other functions, easy money, in our daily life plays an important role, it for e-commerce operators, individual users and wireless services and Internet service providers (isps) to create a convenient payment platform.

At present, alipay has more than 300 million real-name users, and alipay has become a universal payment platform, which plays a positive role in promoting the development of taobao, consumers and the whole e-commerce. For taobao, pay baocheng general payment platform to increase the flow of taobao. At the same time, it also attracts more sellers to set up shop on taobao, thus increasing the cash stock of alipay. For online shoppers, alipay minimizes the risks of online shopping. For the whole e-commerce industry, alipay as a general platform will also be conducive to the credibility environment of e-commerce, enhance consumer's trust in e-commerce, so as to facilitate the rapid development of e-commerce.      

Today's information age, the rapid development of science and technology, IT staff sneaked into the study of computer application technology, making the application of computer more and more common. The development of the Internet has also promoted the development of the e-commerce industry. Various e-commerce platforms keep appearing in front of us. The convenience of the Internet shopping has been recognized by the public. With the rapid development of the e-commerce industry, the settlement channel through the network is no longer just a traditional bank, and the traditional bank payment has been unable to meet the development requirements of e-commerce. Therefore, many third-party online payment platforms emerge at the right moment. Among the numerous third-party payment platforms, alipay is the most popular one, which is the most popular payment method among Internet users in shopping and the representative of third-party online payment. So in the future development of the Internet for a long time, alipay will be a hot topic.
