人力資本對企業競爭力的作用己毋庸置疑，隨著經濟的發展與社會的進步，中國企業在競爭中面臨著前所未有的壓力，越來越多的企業認識到，企業要生存發展，就必須重視員工的教育和培訓。勝任力理論的提出就是強調對管理人員潛在特質的測評與培養，基于勝任力的人力資源培訓工作更加注重開發管理人員的內隱、潛在特質，基于勝任力的培訓優化方案，可以最大限度的挖掘受訓者的潛能，并彌補其先天的不足，培養管理人員在組織中的創新意識和主人翁意識，提升管理人員的工作效率與工作熱情，進而提升組織的執行效率和經濟效益，以達到適應時代發展需求的目的。本文從企業培訓的概念和特征入手，分析企業實施培訓的重要性，然后以啟迪控股股份有限公司（以下稱為啟迪控股）為例，通過分析該公司培訓的現狀以及存在的問題，為啟迪控股構建更為完善的培訓體系。

Abstract

There is no doubt that human capital plays an important role in the competitiveness of enterprises. With the development of economy and the progress of society, Chinese enterprises are facing unprecedented pressure in the competition. More and more enterprises realize that if they want to survive and develop, they must pay attention to the education and training of employees. The theory of competency emphasizes the eva luation and cultivation of the potential characteristics of managers. The training of human resources based on competency pays more attention to the development of the implicit and potential characteristics of managers. The training optimization scheme based on competency can maximize the potential of trainees, make up for their inherent deficiencies, and cultivate the innovation awareness and creativity of managers in the organization In order to meet the needs of the development of the times, we should enhance the sense of ownership, enhance the work efficiency and enthusiasm of the managers, and then improve the implementation efficiency and economic efficiency of the organization. This paper starts with the concept and characteristics of enterprise training, analyzes the importance of enterprise training, and then takes tus Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as tus holding) as an example to build a more complete training system for TUS holding by analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the company's training.
