摘  要

旅游業作為第三產業之一，隨著我國經濟的快速發展，旅游業也迅速發展成一個緊密的產業鏈。伴隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高，人們對衣食住行等生活方式有了更多的需求，旅游業的興起便是生活需求提升的重要表現之一。伴隨著旅游業的興起，接踵而至的問題也是人們在面對旅游地而思考的。一個地區的旅游開發不可能永遠處于一個水平，它的興衰決定著當地的旅游經濟，隨著時間的不斷變化，如何有效的實現旅游地的長盛成為了許多人探討的話題。旅游地生命周期理論就是這樣誕生的，它應用于城市旅游目的研究，旅游經濟的發展確實能夠帶動當地經濟的發展，但旅游地本身是受生命周期的局限的，這與多種相關因素有關。

論文第一部分分析旅游地生命周期理論問題的基礎上；緊接第二部分客觀的對橫店影視城生命周期階段進行界定，并且分析橫店影視城每個生命周期階段；第三部分在分析影視城現存問題的基礎上，得出影響橫店旅游景區生命周期的因素；從而探究出延長橫店旅游景區生命周期的策略；最后總結。

Abstract

As one of the tertiary industries, tourism has developed into a close industrial chain with the rapid development of China's economy. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people have more demand for lifestyle such as food, clothing, housing and transportation. The rise of tourism is one of the important manifestations of the improvement of life demand. With the rise of tourism, the following problems are also people's thinking in the face of tourism destination. The development of a region's tourism can not always be at a level, its rise and fall determines the local tourism economy, with the continuous change of time, how to effectively achieve the prosperity of the tourist destination has become a topic discussed by many people. This is how the theory of tourist destination life cycle came into being. It is applied to the study of urban tourist destination. The development of tourist economy can indeed promote the development of local economy, but the tourist destination itself is limited by the life cycle, which is related to a variety of related factors.

The first part of the thesis is based on the analysis of the theory of tourism destination life cycle; the second part defines the life cycle stage of Hengdian film and television city objectively, and analyzes each life cycle stage of Hengdian film and television city; the third part, based on the analysis of the existing problems of the film and Television City, obtains the factors that affect the life cycle of Hengdian tourist attractions; thus explores the extension of Hengdian tourism The strategy of scenic life cycle; the last summary.
