摘 要：黃連-吳茱萸藥對(duì)是寒熱配伍的典型方劑，現(xiàn)代臨床應(yīng)用也證明，調(diào)整黃連、吳茱萸的用量比例，可用于治療多種與脾胃功能失調(diào)有關(guān)的疾病，如胃脘痛、腹痛、嘔吐、呃逆、泄瀉、便秘、痢疾、反酸噯氣、痞滿(mǎn)等。如何控制黃連-吳茱萸藥對(duì)的配伍比例在中藥中是一個(gè)值得研究的問(wèn)題，而在調(diào)整配伍比例的過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的一個(gè)問(wèn)題就是黃連小檗堿的溶出率會(huì)隨著配伍比例的不同而不同。為了研究黃連小檗堿溶出率發(fā)生改變的原因及機(jī)理，本實(shí)驗(yàn)主要包括三個(gè)部分：黃連中生物堿分析方法的建立、吳茱萸中大類(lèi)組分與黃連生物堿配伍的研究以及檸檬苦素提取工藝。結(jié)果黃連中小檗堿在Diamonsil-C18（250mm×4.6mm，5μm，迪馬公司）色譜柱上，流動(dòng)相A相為H2O-SDS-H3PO4(1000ml:5g:1ml),CH3CN-H2O-SDS-H3PO4（600mL:400mL:5g:1mL）為B相；采用線形梯度洗脫程序：0min，25%B；15min，50%B；20min，80%B；50min，80%B；60min，90%B；流速0.8mL/min；柱溫40℃；檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)360nm的分析條件下分離度、重現(xiàn)性、精密度和加樣回收率均較理想。 在吳茱萸大類(lèi)提取物組分和黃連小檗堿的配伍過(guò)程中，黃連小檗堿的溶出率都有一定降低，但以和乙酸乙酯提取物配伍后降低最多。最后提取出的檸檬苦素0.69g。

Abstract：Huanglian - rutaecarpine-right yes compatibility of typical prescription cold and heat, modern clinical applications show that berberine adjustment, the amount of rutaecarpine ratio can be used to treat a variety of functions of the spleen and stomach disorders and related diseases, such as Epigastralgia, abdominal pain, vomiting, hiccup, Diarrhea, constipation, diarrhea, anti-acid Aiqi, such as Seoul Man .
