人民幣國際化視角下自貿區金融創新研究-中英文版

摘要

國務院于2013年8月22日正式通過中國（上海）自由貿易試驗區的設立（以下簡稱“上海自貿區”）。根據我國政府的設想，上海自貿區主要表現出以下三個特征：一是較強的示范性；二是主動的開放性；三是圍繞制度創新而進行。筆者談談上海自貿區的金融創新，結合當前人民幣資本賬戶開放和人民幣國際化的現狀，并深入研究自貿區金融創新為其造成的積極影響，同時還對自貿區金融創新的收益與成本進行了全面的分析，最后提出關于自貿區今后發展的可行性建議。

Abstract

The State Council has officially passed China (SH)Free Trade Trial Zone’s (simplify as SH Free Trade Zone) establishment on Aug 22,2013.According to our government’s vision,SH Free Trade Zone mainly reflects following three features: strong demonstration,active opening,around the system innovation.The writer talk about SH FTZ’s financial innovation,combine the current situation of current RMB capital account liberalization and RMB internationalization,deeply study the positive influence generated by FTZ financial innovation .At the same time implement overall analysis to FTZ financial innovation’s benefits and cost,finally put forward  feasible suggestion about FTZ’s further development.
