正式與非正式商務(wù)英語信函的語言差異
摘   要

 隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展以及中國加入世界貿(mào)易組織WTO，國際間商務(wù)活動日益頻繁，我國很多企業(yè)的對外貿(mào)易業(yè)務(wù)增多，有許多企業(yè)到海外辦廠或設(shè)辦事處；同時，許多跨國公司進(jìn)軍中國市場，這些公司以及公司員工都要用英語這個最常用的國際商務(wù)工作語言進(jìn)行交流。
 商務(wù)英語函電是國際貿(mào)易活動的重要載體,是國際商務(wù)往來最為經(jīng)常使用的聯(lián)系方式,也是開展對外貿(mào)易及有關(guān)商務(wù)活動的基礎(chǔ)和工具。商務(wù)英語函電是國際商貿(mào)活動中常見的一種文體,因其產(chǎn)生和服務(wù)于各種各樣的商務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)范疇。 商務(wù)英語函電是商務(wù)英語在國際商務(wù)領(lǐng)域中的具體應(yīng)用，其語言特點反映著國際商務(wù)的特點。因此其措辭、句法、表達(dá)風(fēng)格、意義和內(nèi)涵等都具有商業(yè)的韻味。
 商務(wù)英語寫作是商務(wù)活動的重要媒體之一，形式和語體多種多樣。由于公司間貿(mào)易關(guān)系的親疏程度不同，商務(wù)英語信函可以分成正式和非正式兩大類，它們的區(qū)別主要從語言上體現(xiàn)出來，本文主要就這方面進(jìn)行一定的對比和分析。為了實現(xiàn)有效的商務(wù)交流與溝通,現(xiàn)在對商務(wù)英語應(yīng)用文的質(zhì)量的要求也越來越高，那么我們研究正式與非正式商務(wù)英語函電的語言區(qū)別就有意義了。

Language Differences in Formal and Informal Business Correspondence
ABSTRACT
 
 With the development of the globalization and China’s entry to the WTO, the international business has been going through a booming period. Foreign trades of domestic enterprises have been enhanced dramatically and a number of enterprises have set up factories and offices overseas. At the same time, many multinational enterprises have entered Chinese market. These companies and their employees use English as the international business language to communicate with each other. 
 Business English correspondence is an important carrier of international trade because it is a way of communication used most frequently in international business. Moreover, it is the basic tool to develop foreign trade. Business English correspondence is a common style of international commercial and trading activities. And it serves as a communicative tool in the field of international business. The characteristics of business English correspondence reflect those of international business. Therefore, the wording, syntax, expression style, significance and meaning are the essence of commerce.
 In daily business activities, correspondence is one of the important media, which has many forms and styles. Due to factors such as different relations between businesses, all the writings can be divided into two categories, formal and informal. The variations of these two mainly lie in language. This paper is a comparison and analysis in this respect. In order to conduct the business effectively, we have to improve the quality of our correspondence. Therefore studying the differences between formal and informal business English correspondence has substantial significance.
