摘 要：由于印刷數字化工藝流程的需要以及印刷高速化、快速化和個性化的發展使直接制版（CTP）技術得到越來越廣泛的應用，為了解決運用CTP技術的印刷過程中階調再現不理想的狀況，通過研究印刷過程中圖像階調最佳再現方法和階調復制結果。收集浙江日報、影天、新華三家公司的CTP印刷樣張，通過實驗分析、測量和繪制階調復制曲線。分析影響圖像階調復制的因素，提出直接制版技術下印刷圖像階調復制方法和注意事項。有利于提高CTP圖像階調再現質量。

Abstract: As the needs of digital printing process as well as the high speed of printing, quick and personalized development make the CTP technology widely. In order to solve the problem that using CTP technology press intermediate transfer status to reproduce is not ideal, through research for printing the image histogram best reproduction methods and halftoning copy results. Collect CTP printing proofs from Zhejiang daily, Yingtian, Xinhua three companies, india through the experimental analysis by studying, measuring and mapping tone reproduction curve. Analysis on the image element tone reproduction. Analyzing the image histogram replication factors put forward to plate technology by printing the image histogram replication method and considerations. It can help improve the CTP quality image histogram reproduction.
