Abstract
The disadvantaged groups is a special colony, most of whom have low standard of culture, and are in inferior position in the employment competition of market economy; The social resources they occupied are few and their social right is lacked; Their ability to resist social risk is weaker and they are located in the position of ground floor of the society; Their organization intensity is low and strength is weak, the voice of their interests expression_r_r can not get the attention of the corresponding government department. At present, our country’s institutional construction of the disadvantaged groups’ interests expression_r_r is imperfect, which makes their interests expression_r_r cannot be brought into the corresponding system channel. The disadvantaged groups who cannot be satisfied often adopt some unnormal ways to express their own interests, causing the repeated happening of colony conflict incidents. If this social unstable factor continues developing and not getting effective solution , it will be abound to influence the social stability and seriously threaten the long and peaceful reign of the country . This paper mainly discusses what is interests expression_r_r and its role in democratic society; Analyze the reasons and characteristics that the disadvantaged groups form; point out why the interests expression_r_r of the disadvantaged groups should be given special concern at present. What’s more, this paper also try to analyze the problem existing in the interests expression_r_r mechanism of the disadvantaged groups of our country at present, and how to set up and improve corresponding interests expression_r_r mechanism; bring the interests expression_r_r of the disadvantaged groups into system track ; guarantee social stability and national long-term peacefulness.
