內(nèi) 容 摘 要 本文結(jié)合作者在某國(guó)有銀行的實(shí)習(xí)情況,依靠在學(xué)校里學(xué)習(xí)的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘知識(shí)對(duì)該銀行3-11月的某項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的模擬數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表進(jìn)行了分析,并通過(guò)ID3算法建立了決策樹,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了討論。依據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘得出的結(jié)論,對(duì)銀行該項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展提出了自己的建議。 關(guān)鍵詞:數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、決策樹、銀行、關(guān)鍵客戶 ABSTRACT The author of this paper, supporting by the intern experience in a nationalized bank and the knowledge of data mining learned at school, analyze the model data of one business of this bank and build a decision tree by using ID3 algorithm and get the finally conclusion.The author also give out the opinion that was based on the conclusion that he had.
