制造型企業成本管理信息系統的分析與設計 內容摘要 本系統以數控車床和普通車床產品為研究對象,利用PowerBuilder9.0開發工具與Microsoft SQL Server 2005軟件結合開發的企業應用軟件，用于制造型企業產品成本管理與分析。它替代了原先的人工成本數據的計算管理工作, 不但展示了產品結構、材料、制造方法、加工工藝等因素對產品成本的影響,而且為產品設計者提供支持工具，使設計者根據成本原因及時進行設計修改，從而達到降低產品成本的目的。同時，它大大提高了工作質量和工作效率，減輕了工作人員負擔。 關鍵詞： 成本管理、加工工藝、數控車床、 物料清單
ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF COST ENGINEERING INFORMATION SYSTEM IN MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISE
ABSTRACT
The system researched CNC (Computer Numerical Control) lathe and plain lathe. It was designed with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 software and PowerBuilder 9.0 development tools. This enterprise application software was used for cost management and analysis of manufacturing enterprise products. It replaced the original labor cost data analysis work, not only demonstrate the product structure, materials, manufacturing method, processing technic and other factors affecting the cost of products .It provided support tools for product designers. According to the reasons for the cost, designers was able to design a timely revision of their designs, therefore, achieved the objective of cutting costs. Meanwhile, not only greatly increased the workmanship and worked efficiency also reduced the burden on staff.
