摘要:通過對A B兩場人工授精均設(shè)對比試驗組各項指標的影響因素研究實驗證明1 有效精子數(shù)對母豬受胎率及產(chǎn)仔數(shù)有顯著影響可以使受胎率提高3.7%左右,經(jīng)t檢驗分析達到顯著水平。人工授精的時間及次數(shù)對母豬繁殖性能影響也是顯著的,對于每天2次發(fā)情鑒定持續(xù)發(fā)情一天的母豬來說2次輸精比1次輸精分娩率要高0.8%-2.6%。窩產(chǎn)仔數(shù)要提高0.2%-0.4%;對于持續(xù)發(fā)情2天以上的母豬來說輸精2次以上比輸精1次在分娩率上提高約3.1%窩產(chǎn)仔數(shù)提高0.78%,平均值差異顯著。不同輸精速度也影響這受胎率,實驗證明在5-10min內(nèi)輸完精比1-3min內(nèi)輸完在受胎率產(chǎn)仔率要高。
