粗毛栓菌MnP的分離與純化
   
摘要：粗酶液來自麥草粉固態培養物，經超濾濃縮、鹽析、透析、Q- Sepharose fast flow陰離子交換層析后獲得具有MnP活性的組分。

Isolation and Purification of MnP in Trametes gallica Fr.

Abstract：The crude enzyme from wheat straw solid culture of  Trametes gallica Fr. was ultra-filtrated, salted-out, dialyzed and applied to Sepharose-Q Fast Flow ion exchange column. A component with manganese peroxidase activity was obtained.
