摘 要:本論文介紹了桂花保鮮技術,桂花采收后容易變質,必須在當天立即進行保鮮。保鮮方法依桂花用途而異如用于提煉桂花浸膏,可將桂花浸泡在食鹽和明礬的混合溶液中,再運至工廠用香料專用的有機溶劑浸提;用于釀制桂花酒的,可浸泡在食用酒精中等;用超臨界 CO2 對桂花進行了萃取研究,考察萃取時間、溫度、壓力對浸膏得率和質量的影響,桂花萃取最佳工藝條件為:壓力12~16MPa ,溫度308~318K,時間2h,浸膏得率 0.43 %;并對桂花花渣中副產物黃酮的提取工藝進行了研究,采用乙醇提取法提取桂花副產物黃酮類化合物的最佳工藝條件,試驗結果表明:乙醇提取法的最適工藝參數為浸提劑乙醇濃度80 %、浸提溫度70℃、料液比1∶40、浸提時間3 h。

Osmanthus Extraction And By-products Extract Process Research
Abstract: This article introduced Osmanthus Fragrans preservation technology,the harvested Osmanthus Fragrans degenerate easily, we must immediately preservation in the day. Preservation methods vary is according to the use of Osmanthus Fragrans such as to extract Osmanthus extraction can be soaked in salt and Alum hybrid solution, then shipped to the factory,which use exclusive spices of organic solvent to extract extraction. Osmanthus f ragrans were extracted with supercritical CO2 at different conditions of pressure , temperature and contact time to influence the yield and quality. The yield of Osmanthus concrete was 0.43 % at better conditions of pressure range 12~16MPa ,temperature range 308~318 K and contact time2h . Waste Osmanthus by-product flavonoids and the extraction process carried out a study on the use of ethanol extraction from yellow osmanthus in the optimum conditions. The results show that: ethanol extraction of optimum process parameters for the extraction is 80% ethanol concentration, extraction temperature is 70 ℃, liquid than 1:40, the extraction time 3 h.
