Abstract
The statistic of science & research is always an important and complex work for every teacher in the school，for their basic information and results of science & research. The accumulation of information brings a lot trouble for the searching, updating and protecting of information. This software combines the computer application with the statistic of science & research. It is a system which can do a series of work including the collecting, saving, outputting, protecting, managing and using of the information. It increases the efficiency of working. The research staffs in the school can check, modify, add and delete the basic information of the teachers. This software can manage the work of all the teachers to be a system. It makes the statistic easier and increases the efficiency a lot. It can also help the teachers updating their personal information. This soft used Visual Basic and the databases of Microsoft Access.
