ABC服裝公司庫(kù)存管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)

摘  要

 本庫(kù)存管理系統(tǒng)是用戶通過(guò)以限定的權(quán)限，記錄、管理服裝的入出庫(kù)情況和庫(kù)存分析報(bào)表的輸出，用以及時(shí)反映各種物資的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、流向情況，為生產(chǎn)管理和成本核算提供依據(jù)。設(shè)計(jì)主要以穩(wěn)定可靠的Windows XP和SQL Server 2000為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，配合功能強(qiáng)大的Visual C# 2.0開(kāi)發(fā)工具，建立了一個(gè)基于c/s結(jié)構(gòu)的企業(yè)庫(kù)存管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)集輸入、維護(hù)、查詢、篩選、統(tǒng)計(jì)各種處理為一體，融入了定置管理、庫(kù)存控制、員工以及貨品報(bào)表輸出等管理方法。該系統(tǒng)特別適用于中小型企業(yè)庫(kù)存管理，通過(guò)庫(kù)存分析為管理及決策人員提供庫(kù)存資源占用情況、物資積壓情況、短缺或超儲(chǔ)情況等不同的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析信息。

Design and Development of Warehouse Management System of
 ABC Clothes Company

Abstract

 Warehouse-Management-System (WMS) is that works for all clothes company users about making records and controlling types of clothes when warehouse inputting and outputting. WMS could directly response to the clothes store condition, which is definitely according to production management and costing calculation. Runs under Microsoft Windows XP and SQL 2000 platform and developed by reliable Visual C#, WMS is successfully accomplished on basis of C/S construction. WMS assemble functions of Data-Inserted, Data-Exported, Filtered, Selected and System-Maintenance. Through these functions, WMS could easily take action of Store-controlling, Order-Management and Production-Reporting. This system especially suitable for small or medium company, as Store-Analysis could provide managers with present store analysis information about material resource, clothes accumulation, shortage, classification, etc.
