寶來1.6L轎車變速器結構和參數設計
摘要:中國現在已經是世界上第一大汽車市場,汽車變得越來越普遍,但是事實上中國遠遠不是一個汽車強國。對于中國來說,在重要汽車零部件技術方面依然相對落后,比如發動機、變速器等。本課題選取新寶來1.6L轎車展開變速器結構和參數的研究設計工作。本文闡述了變速器的發展歷史、分類以及發展趨勢。分析了新寶來1.6L轎車現有變速器存在的一些缺陷,并提出了優化方法。著重考慮到中國的現實狀況重新設計了一款變速器。主要對于變速器的結構和參數進行了設計,討論了結構設計和參數選取的原則,比如倒檔的安排、齒輪檔位的安排、各檔傳動比確定等等,經過校核最終確定了變速器的結構和各項參數。

Structure and parameter of new 1.6L Bora sedan ’s transmission
Abstracts:China has become the first car-market in the world.Cars are more and more universal,but in fact China is not strong enough. In China,technology in the important auto parts are still lagging behind,such as engines,transmissions and so on. The paper selects New Bora 1.6L vehicle to start a research and design work in transmissions’structure and parameter. This paper explains transmissions’ history,category,and trend in the future,anlyzes the Bora 1.6L car’s existing defects in the transmission,and proposes optimization methods. The paper designes a transmission,focusing on taking into account on the reality of China.It mainly designs the transmission’s structure and parameters,and discusses principles of the selection in structure and parameters,such as reverse arrangement,the gear arrangement,the stall speed ratio and so on,and after the final check determines transmission’s the structure and parameters.
