摘要
隨著科技的飛速發展和網絡的普及，基于web 的軟件項目在現在的信息化社會中占到了越來越大的比重。Microsoft Silverlight是微軟所發展的 Web 前端應用程序開發解決方案，是微軟豐富型互聯網應用程序（Rich Internet Application）策略的主要應用程序開發平臺之一。本文將研究并設計基于Silverlight的交互式視頻播放器。首先對所需的技術和環境進行了解，然后分為數個模塊的設計和實現，來完成播放器的制作。最終達到控制時擁有優異的操縱感，良好的視覺感受；個性并具象化的人機交流和溝通。用形象的圖形來顯示所需要的表示，動態的界面來提高吸引力和美感。在完成基本播放功能的同時具有很強的交互性。隨著Silverlight技術的更新，在未來交互式多媒體設計上它將會非常引人注目。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of technology and network penetration, web-based software project in the information society now account for an increasing proportion. Microsoft Silverlight, which developed by Microsoft is a development solution for Web front-end application software and one of the main development platform of Microsoft-based rich Internet applications (Rich Internet Application) strategy. This paper studies and designs a Silverlight-based interactive video player. First necessary to understand the technology and the development environment, then divided into several modules of the design and implementation, to complete the player's production. Ultimately has excellent control sense, good sense of vision; Personalized and Imaginativeness human-computer interaction and communication. Using images to represent what is needed, dynamic interface to enhance the attractiveness and beauty. Both have the basic playback function and a strong interaction. With the Silverlight technology updates, interactive multimedia design in the future it will be very noticeable.
