 摘 要
 自動(dòng)化的物流系統(tǒng)是近30年發(fā)展起來的一門綜合性很強(qiáng)的新興技術(shù)科學(xué)，它涉及到系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃、布局設(shè)計(jì)總線控制理論和PLC技術(shù)。MSM2103系統(tǒng)仿真就是利用系統(tǒng)模型對(duì)實(shí)際系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行模擬，以降低研發(fā)時(shí)的成本，總線技術(shù)主要是研究小車在各個(gè)站點(diǎn)的停放以及從PLC與主PLC的信息交換。
 制造業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有很大的比重，在機(jī)械制造過程中，物流系統(tǒng)是其重要組成部分之一，它的作用是將制造系統(tǒng)中的物料（如毛坯，半成品，成品，工夾具等）及時(shí)地輸送到有關(guān)設(shè)備或倉儲(chǔ)設(shè)施處。在制造過程中，物料首先輸送到物流系統(tǒng)中，然后有物料輸送到指定位置。物流系統(tǒng)與生產(chǎn)制造的關(guān)系，如同人體中血液循環(huán)系統(tǒng)和內(nèi)臟器官的關(guān)系一樣，物流系統(tǒng)是生產(chǎn)制造各環(huán)節(jié)組成有機(jī)整體的紐帶，又是生產(chǎn)過程維持延續(xù)的基礎(chǔ)。
 在論文中介紹了自動(dòng)化物流系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)知識(shí)，重點(diǎn)介紹了MSM2103仿真軟件所運(yùn)用到的各個(gè)系統(tǒng)如自動(dòng)加工系統(tǒng)，物流系統(tǒng)以及ASI總線技術(shù)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)等。也介紹了柔性制造系統(tǒng)，以及SL-MSM的一些主要程序。

Abstract
The computer simulation is a comprehensive nature very strong emerging technical science which develop the nearly 30 years, it involves to the system analysis, the control theory, Bus layout of the control theory and PLC technology. The system simulation2103 is the use system model conducts the experimental study to the actual system the process. Bus technology is mainly on car parking in various sites and from the main PLC and the exchange of information
The manufacturing industry all holds the maximum proportion generally in the national economy, the product consumption pattern to the multiplication, the personalized direction develops unceasingly, the product regeneration-period and the date of delivery all are reducing, In the manufacturing process, first of all materials transported to the logistics system, the materials are then transported to the designated location. Manufacturing and logistics system of relations, as in the human body in the circulatory system and internal organs, like the relationship between the logistics system is composed of all sectors of manufacturing organic whole ties, but also a continuation of the production process to maintain the foundation.
The system simulation took one important method, usually may seep to them, and helps them to realize the integration, thus promoted some advanced technique of manufacture development. Introduced separately in the paper utilizes each system like automatic processing system in the simulation software, the physical distribution system as well as the robot.Also introduced the flexible manufacture system, as well as SL-MSM some main programs.
