摘 要
反求工程是對已有產品反求得到計算機模型。反求工程是現代產品設計的新技術,可以用于復雜曲線、曲面設計。在工藝品設計中,外形設計師常用產品的比例模型,最終通過運用反求工程技術將比例模型用數字模型表達,最后得到真實尺寸的CAD模型。此外反求工程技術也在產品開發中表現了其快捷性,使其在工藝品行業中迅速得到了推廣和普及。本文通過對鴨子工藝品點云數據的反求實例,闡述了反求工程的概念、特點及其一般流程。以鴨子工藝品為例,詳細介紹工藝品反求造型步驟,首先在Imageware完成曲線、曲面反求,并通過誤差分析確定,最后在UG中完成曲面處理,生成實體。

Abstract
Reverse engineering is a process that reverses the existing products to gain the computer models. Reverse engineering is the new technology of modern product design, which can be used for the design of complex curve and surface and so on. In the Arts & Crafts design, through scale models the designer get the true size of the CAD model by the use of reverse engineering technology to the digital model with the ratio of expression of the model. The reverse engineering technology in product development has also demonstrated its speed so that in the handicraft industry has been the promotion of rapid and universal. This paper focus on a reverse engineering process, the point cloud data of the ducks, to gain characteristics, and general process, to introduce the detail of modeling crafts reverse steps. First, complete the curve by Imageware, then reverse surface, and through error analysis, and finally complete it in UG surface processing, generating entities.
