汽車車燈模具設(shè)計(jì)與分析

摘    要
 本論文通過對(duì)已有一汽車車燈三維模型設(shè)計(jì)出該模型的注塑模具。在整個(gè)注塑模設(shè)計(jì)過程中，涉及到了模型的結(jié)構(gòu)功能分析、成型材料的選擇、型腔數(shù)量以及其排列方式的確定、注塑機(jī)的選擇、分型面的設(shè)計(jì)、型芯和型腔的設(shè)計(jì)、模架的確定、澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與填充流動(dòng)分析、頂出系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與冷卻性能分析、鎖模板的設(shè)計(jì)、注塑機(jī)重要工藝參數(shù)校核并完成模具裝配圖和主要零件圖的繪制。詳細(xì)的敘述了模具設(shè)計(jì)中的澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與分析、頂出機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與分析、鎖模機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)以及注塑機(jī)重要參數(shù)的校核。其中， NX7.0的Mold Wizard軟件具有自動(dòng)搜索分型線并提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架庫(kù)、澆注系統(tǒng)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)澆口庫(kù)、頂出系統(tǒng)以及冷卻管道布局以及三維模型自動(dòng)導(dǎo)出初級(jí)工程圖等模塊，大大地提高了本次模具設(shè)計(jì)的效率，同時(shí)，利用MoldFlow Plastic Insight6.1模流分析軟件對(duì)本次澆注系統(tǒng)的填充分析和冷卻系統(tǒng)的冷卻性能分析均證明其填充及冷卻行為效果較好，提高了一次設(shè)計(jì)成功率，最后通過AutoCAD2004完成最終工程圖的繪制。

Abstract
 This paper is on Designing an Injection mould on the base of an Automobile lamp model. It covers the model’s structure and function analysis，the chosen of the molding material,the determination of the cavity number and its orientation ,the chosen of the injection molding machine,the design of the parting surface,the design of the die cavity and die core,the chosen of the die carrier,the design and fill/flow analysis of the runner system,the design of the ejection system,the design and analysis of the cooling system,the design of the die locker,the check of the critical parameters of the Injection molding machine and fulfill the drawing of the assembly and the main parts through the entire design of the Injection mould. Detailed Description on  the design and analysis of runner system， the design of the ejection system，the design and analysis of the cooling system，the design of the die locker and check of the critical parameters of the Injection molding machine. The MoldWizard module in NX7.0 software offers the automation selection of the parting line,standard die carrier library,runner   system and standard gate library,the enjection system and the layout of the cooling pipe and the automatic generation of the initially 2D drawing by the 3D model has a great help to improve the efficiency of the design,meanwhile,The usage of the MoldFlow Plastic Insight6.1 software in both the fill analysis of the runner system and cool analysis of the cooling system proves its fill and cool action plays well ,which improves the percentage of the one time design success.In the end it refers to AutoCAD software to fulfill the terminal drawing.
