Abstract
The injection formation is one of main methods for thermoplastic Injection Mould, may complex model closely by a formation shape. With automobile industry requests fast development , automobile each spare part is used renewal, therefore, the design and manufacture of injection mould appears particularity importantly. This paper discussed the design plastic injection mould of Automobile Piston Bracket . Use UG NX 4 moldwizard module function of the characteristics of the products for mold design. The author determined the parting surfaces and the gating system and Release the organization, cooling system etc, choosed the injection molding machine,calculated the sizes of the molding parts. Adopted to sprinkle directly in the design, make use of to keep lead the pillar direction fixed position, push the pole crest to anticipate, and carried on the choice to the material of the molding tool. According bracket injection mold parts to the requirements of the injection parameters of the machine was calibrated. And the author also drew a set of mold assembling chart and parts chart using AutoCAD software. Finally, the CAM software of Cimantron to made the cavity, the core for NC programming and simulation of processing, through Cimantron software tool path to a trajectory. As a whole the mould is simple in structure and good at working reliability. The design of this injection mold is of some significance for the fact production.
