基于UG5.0的開關盒殼件注塑模具設計

 摘   要
 模具被譽為工業之母,模具制造技術高低直接體現出一個國家的綜合經濟實力。注塑模具是模具行業中應用很廣泛的一種模具，主要用于塑料產品的成型。本文為一個開關盒殼件設計了一副單分型面的注塑模具。首先分析了塑件的結構工藝性，結合廠方的要求，選擇了一模兩腔的型腔布局，且確定了分型面的位置，并選擇了注射成型機。然后在完成了模具各組成部分的設計計算后，利用UG 5.0完成了整副模具的三維CAD。最后繪制了模具裝配圖和主要零件的零件圖。總體而言，設計過程科學，模具結構簡單，各機構運行可靠。

Abstract
 Mold is called “ the mother of industry”, so the mold manufacturing technology reflects general economic power of a country directly. Injection mold is one kind of most used mold, which is mainly used for plastics molding. A set of two-plate injection mold is designed for a swith cover in this dissertation. Firstly analysis of the process ability of product structure and bicavitary layout and the position of the parting plane is determined, according to the product manufacturer’s demand. Then selection of the injection machine is made.  Moreover, 3D design of the injection mold is finished in UG 5.0, after the calculation of the mold systems, such as gating system, ejecting system, etc. At last, some drawing of the important parts in the mold is completed. In general, the calculation of the mold design is right, and the mold structure is simple and liable.
