Abstract
In recent years, the development if the household electrical appliance industry at highspeed demands, the mold industry, especial the plastic mold. The injection molding is one most important moulding method, which is primarily applied to the thermoplastic products. In this paper, the injection mould design for one bottle lid and the virtual reality of the disassembly and the motion for the mold was completed.
During the design process the Pro/E, AutoCAD and SolidWorks software tools were used, having many advantages of computer-aided design, to achieve the mold design and the virtual reality. First the structure of the plastic parts was analyzed and designed the single-parting surface. And according to the results of these calculations, the Pro/E EMX modules was used to complete the 3D modeling if molding parts and other mold assembles such as the ejection system, the oriented system, the structures parts and the cooling system. And the AutoCAD was used to draw the general assembly and the parts drawing two-dimentional. At last SolidWorks was used to completed virtual reality of the disassembly and the motion of the mold. In a word, the injection mold structure is simple..And the mechanism is reliable, the 3D design and virtual disassembling being ocular and clear
