摘 要
模具在我們生活中不管是在重工業(yè)還是在日常五金制造中都起著極為重要的作用，因此模具設(shè)計(jì)已成為當(dāng)前熱門的行業(yè)，注射成型加工質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣是塑料加工業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展水平的標(biāo)志之一，同時(shí)反映了模具設(shè)計(jì)和制造的水平。本說明書詳細(xì)介紹了清潔刷底座注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)的整個(gè)過程。首先通過對(duì)塑件的所選材料結(jié)構(gòu)和成型工藝等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析，確定塑件的分型面與澆口結(jié)構(gòu)等塑件注塑成型的總體方案；然后再進(jìn)行模具零件設(shè)計(jì)，如成型零件、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)等等。同時(shí)在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過程中，還需要對(duì)塑件進(jìn)行造型設(shè)計(jì)和Pro/E建模，然后對(duì)三維實(shí)體進(jìn)行模擬分模 ，得出參數(shù)化的型芯，再進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與相關(guān)計(jì)算，最后用Pro/E和Auto/CAD軟件對(duì)主要零部件與裝配圖用進(jìn)行繪制。最后還要對(duì)已完成的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行校核與檢驗(yàn)，以確定方案的合理性和可行性。在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方面，本次設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于選用了齒輪齒條斜抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)和推桿推瓣合模分型的結(jié)構(gòu)，使模具結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、合理。

Abstract
Whether in heavy industry or in the day-to-day hardware manufacturers die have played an extremely important role in our lives, so die design has now become a hot industry. The quality of injection molding processing is one of the signs of plastic processing industry  technological development level. At the same time reflects the mold level of design and manufacture . It described the design of the whole process of the brush cleaning injection mold base in detail in this manual . First of all plastic parts of the structure of the selected material and forming process, such as a detailed analysis of plastic parts of the surface structure and gate injection molding plastic parts of the overall program; and then the design of mold parts, such as forming parts, Demoulding agencies and so on. At the same time throughout the design process, but also to the need for plastic parts design and Pro / E model, and then on the three-dimensional simulation of sub-entities mold, to draw the parameters of the core, and then the structural design and calculations, and finally with Pro / E and Auto / CAD software and assembly of major components used to draw Fig. Would also like to have completed the final design verification and test program to determine the reasonableness and feasibility.
