[摘 要]
在夾頭墊片沖裁模結構設計過程中，設計者針對產品材料性能、結構特點進行工藝分析；通過分析，確定該模具的沖裁工藝、卸料、初選了壓力機機。然后在CAD環境下進行該模具的成型零件設計、模架結構系統設計，最后模具總成，生成二維總裝圖和非標準零件零件圖。
整套模具設計都基于CAD進行模具總裝圖和零件圖從CAD中生成。本設計實現了模具CAD，對今后從事模具設計具有一定的實際指導意義。
