摘  要
 通過對流媒體技術、視頻點播等相關理論的分析與研究，將其應用到學校校園網中，在理論方面，梳理出流媒體技術概要，包括流媒體和視頻點播（VOD）的基本概念、特點、系統構成以及它們的關鍵技術；在方案構建方面，首先研究了基于Windows Media服務的服務器配置，結合浙江科技學院給出了一套校園網的視頻點播方案的結構圖。最后得出研究結論：將流媒體技術應用于校園網視頻點播中,能極大的提高資源的利用率和節約存儲空間，基于校園網的視頻點播VOD（Video On Demand）對數字化校園解決多媒體信息處理問題的解決有較大促進作用。

ABSTRACT
 Through convection media technology, video-on-demand and other related theoretical analysis and research, its application to the school campus network. In theory, sorted out summary streaming media technology, including streaming media and Video on Demand (VOD) the basic concepts, characteristics, System Components, as well as their key technology; Construction of the program. First of services based on Windows Media server configuration. With Zhejiang University of Science and Technology campus is a network of video-on-demand programs in the process. Reached the final conclusion of the study : streaming media technology to the campus network VOD, will be able to greatly improve resource utilization and conservation of storage space. Based on the Campus Network Video-on-Demand VOD (Video On Demand) on the Digital Campus solution multimedia Interest deal with the problem solving larger role.
