調(diào)速器前殼加工工藝與工裝設(shè)計(jì)
摘要:本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)題目是調(diào)速器前殼加工工藝與工裝設(shè)計(jì)。本人致力于調(diào)速器前殼的工藝與工裝的設(shè)計(jì),前殼是調(diào)速器箱體的一個(gè)重要零件。調(diào)速器的零部件安裝于殼體內(nèi),主要通過調(diào)速器箱控制動元件的快慢運(yùn)動。調(diào)速器是用來保持柴油機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定的。在柴油機(jī)的負(fù)載變化的過程中,它的轉(zhuǎn)速是會相應(yīng)發(fā)生變化的。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速降低時(shí),如果調(diào)速器不調(diào)節(jié),柴油機(jī)最終將停掉;當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速升高時(shí),如果調(diào)速器不作用,柴油機(jī)最終將無法承受過大的離心力而損壞。調(diào)速器的作用就是保持柴油機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定。另外調(diào)速器還可以保持柴油機(jī)的最低轉(zhuǎn)速和最高轉(zhuǎn)速,防止低轉(zhuǎn)速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)熄火和高轉(zhuǎn)速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)“飛車”,造成機(jī)械損壞。運(yùn)行時(shí),柴油機(jī)所帶的負(fù)載是不斷變化的。在負(fù)載變化時(shí),特別是突然變化時(shí),必須保持柴油機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定。調(diào)速器就是自動保持轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定的裝置。對于發(fā)電用的柴油機(jī),要求其轉(zhuǎn)速基本恒定在同步轉(zhuǎn)速,對調(diào)速器的調(diào)速特性要求很高。而調(diào)速器前殼是調(diào)速器的工作場所(調(diào)速器主要安裝于殼體內(nèi))。其工藝工裝設(shè)計(jì)的是否合理將會直接關(guān)系到油泵能否正常的工作,從而影響調(diào)速器的性能指標(biāo)。關(guān)鍵字:調(diào)速器 調(diào)速器箱 柴油機(jī)
