摘 要
 企業(yè)資源計劃是以市場和客戶需求為導(dǎo)向，以實行企業(yè) 內(nèi)外資源優(yōu)化配置為目標(biāo)，消除生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營過程中一切無效的勞動和資源，實現(xiàn)信息流、物流、資金流、價值流和業(yè)務(wù)流的有機集成。
 ERP系統(tǒng)集中信息技術(shù)與先進的管理思想于一身，成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的運行模式，反映時代對企業(yè)合理調(diào)配資源，最大化地創(chuàng)造社會財富的要求，成為企業(yè)在信息時代生存、發(fā)展的基石。如何在外貿(mào)中實施 ERP ,如何開發(fā)出一套針對外貿(mào)經(jīng)營管理流程特點、解決外貿(mào)實際問題的 ERP系統(tǒng) ,是外貿(mào)實施 ERP系統(tǒng)成功的關(guān)鍵。
 系統(tǒng)采用PowerBuilder 8.0工具軟件進行開發(fā)，包括了系統(tǒng)管理、數(shù)據(jù)處理和信息查詢?nèi)�大基本模塊，在熟悉軟件應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ)上，通過系統(tǒng)需求分析、系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)實施、系統(tǒng)的運行和維護的思路進行設(shè)計。

ABSTRACT
 Enterprise Resource Planning is to take that the marketplace and the customer need as guiding , take putting enterprise inside and outside most optimum distribution of resources into practice as target , eliminate to give birth to a child manage process is hit by all ineffective physical labor and resource , organic realizing information stream , logistics , fund stream , value stream and business stream is integrated.
 ERP system has information technology and advanced management, become a modern enterprise operating model, reflecting the era of enterprise reasonable allocation of resources, create social wealth to maximize the requirements .It’s the cornerstone of development. of the corporate survival in the information. How do the foreign trade in the implementation of ERP, how to develop a set of characteristics of foreign trade management processes to solve practical problems with foreign trade of ERP system, is the key to success of .the implementation of ERP system with foreign trade.
 The system applies the tool software PowerBuilder 8.0 to develop the three basic modules including system management, data treatment and information inquiry. On the basis of mastering the application with the software, it is designed through the thoughts of system need analysis, system function design, system implementation, system operation and its maintenance.
