 摘要：隨著中國經濟的不斷增長和旅游業的飛速發展，酒店行業的競爭日趨激烈，要想在激烈的競爭中脫穎而出，必須不斷完善自身的管理手段和方法，提高自身的服務水平。因此，酒店業務的信息化管理就成為了當務之急。本系統的設計與實現正是為了實現這一目標。本系統采用了面向對象思想進行需求分析與設計，Java為開發語言，以MVC為架構，用SSH和EXTJS框架來實現了酒店客房管理系統的客房管理、客戶信息管理、員工信息管理、開設房間管理、報表管理、權限管理等基本管理功能，后臺采用SQL Server 2005為數據庫來進行設計與開發。通過對該酒店管理系統的實施與使用，本系統具有界面友好、系統功能較為齊全等優點，適合中型小酒店日常客房業務管理的需要。

Web-based hotel management system design and implementation

 Abstract: With the growing Chinese economy and the rapid development of tourism, hotel industry is becoming more competitive, in order to stand out in the fierce competition, we must constantly improve their own management tools and methods to improve their service levels. Therefore, the hotel business, information management has become a priority. Design and implementation of this system is to achieve this goal. The system uses object-oriented requirements analysis and design ideas, Java for the development of language, to MVC as a framework, with the DWR to implement SSH, and a hotel room management system, room management, customer information management, information management staff, set up the room management, report management, rights management and other basic management functions, the background for the use of SQL Server 2005 database design and development. Pharmaceutical sales management system through the implementation and use, this system has friendly interface, the system features a more complete and suitable for everyday medium-sized hotel rooms small business management needs.
