摘要

 管理信息系統(tǒng)就是我們常說的MIS(management information system)系統(tǒng)。人事管理是企業(yè)管理中的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容，隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步，企業(yè)也逐漸變得龐大起來。如何管理好企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工的信息，成為企業(yè)管理中的一個(gè)大問題。在這種情況下，開發(fā)一個(gè)企業(yè)人事管理系統(tǒng)就顯得非常必要。
 本文介紹了系統(tǒng)的概念、設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。系統(tǒng)具有如下功能：?jiǎn)T工基本信息的錄入、修改、查詢、刪除，企業(yè)部門信息的維護(hù)，員工考勤信息的處理。為企業(yè)人事管理提供信息查看，信息檢索，信息存取等服務(wù)，基本上能夠滿足企業(yè)對(duì)人事管理的需要。
 本系統(tǒng)以DEPHI6.0為開發(fā)工具，后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫選擇SQL Server 2000。

ABSTRACT

 The management information system is MIS that we often talk about. The management of business enterprise employee is an important part in the management of enterprise. With the development of society, business enterprise becomes larger and larger. How to deal with the information of the employee has become a serious problem for enterprise management. Under this condition, it is necessary to develop a management system of business enterprise employee.
 This article introduced the system's concept, designs and realizes the process. The system has the following functions: the input, revision, inquiry, deletion of staff basic information, maintenance of department information, the management of the staff’s checking attendance information. The system supplies the information for the enterprise personnel management to examine, information retrieva l, services and so on information access. It can basically meet the need of the enterprise’s personnel management.
    This system takes Delphi6.0 as the development kit and uses SQL Server 2000 to manage the database.
