摘要

 加入WTO之后，隨著大量國際酒店集團的準入，將對我國酒店業產生巨大的影響，酒店之間客源的爭奪越來越激烈，利潤空間也越來越小，為了能在激烈競爭中生存，他們紛紛把目光投向酒店智能化、信息化。先進的酒店管理系統，不但可以有效地管理大量的信息，而且可以引進先進的管理理念，提高服務質量、工作效率，提高酒店決策水平，提高酒店的管理效益及經濟效益，從而提高酒店的競爭力。本文論述了分析，設計，開發一個酒店管理系統的過程。
 本系統是根據酒店對客房管理的流程，基于Swing，并使用Eclipse為平臺進行開發的，數據庫采用SQL Server 2000。本系統能實現酒店業務的基本要求，可以使酒店管理信息化管理，提高酒店運營的效率。本系統操作簡單，運行穩定，并可以根據權限給予員工不同的功能。

ABSTRACT

 After China's accession to WTO, as a large number of international hotels entering the Chinese hotel market. It will have on enormous effect on the China’s hotel industry. Hotel tourist market will be increasingly competitive, and profit margins are getting smaller and smaller. In order to be able to survive in the fierce competition, each hotel is from the many ways in which to enhance strength. They began to look into the hotel intelligent, information-based. Advanced hotel management system, not only can you effectively manage large amounts of information, but also the introduction of advanced management, improve service quality, productivity, improving internal management system, improve the decision-making level in the hotel, improve the management of the hotel and its economic benefits, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the hotel. This article discusses the analysis, design, develop a hotel management system process.
 This system is based on the rooms of hotel management processes, based on the Swing, based on a database of SQL Server 2000, and use Eclipse as a platform for the development. The system can implement basic requirements of basic hotel management; make the hotel management information management improving operational efficiency of the hotel. This system is simple, stable, and can run the rights under the offer different features.
