論文題目：探討乳腺癌患者術(shù)后自我形象紊亂、心理干預(yù)的實(shí)踐性研究
摘　要
 目的：本研究旨在探討乳腺癌術(shù)后患者自我形象紊亂及影響因素，為采取有效的心理護(hù)理措施，提高乳腺癌患者的生存質(zhì)量。
 方法：采用專家指導(dǎo)下的系統(tǒng)抗癌和群體抗癌相結(jié)合的方法，在鎮(zhèn)痛治療的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)患者接受軀體功能康復(fù)診療的同時(shí)進(jìn)行心理干預(yù)措施，干預(yù)期為2個(gè)月。并通過(guò)疼痛、焦慮、抑郁三種調(diào)查量表對(duì)惡性腫瘤患者干預(yù)前后心理健康及情緒變化進(jìn)行比較；干預(yù)前后用生活滿意度評(píng)定量表（LSR）和生活滿意度指數(shù)量表（LSB）及改進(jìn)的生命質(zhì)量評(píng)定量表評(píng)價(jià)生存患者的生命質(zhì)量。而對(duì)照組則處于自行康復(fù)狀態(tài)。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析比較兩組的生存質(zhì)量改變量的差異。
 結(jié)果：乳腺癌患者術(shù)后自我形象紊亂狀況明顯高于國(guó)內(nèi)常模，其發(fā)生與年齡、收入、臨床分期、職業(yè)和受教育程度等有關(guān)。針對(duì)不同程度的心理問(wèn)題，給予了相應(yīng)的心理行為的個(gè)體化干預(yù)，取得了顯著效果。
結(jié)論：對(duì)惡性腫瘤患者實(shí)施心理干預(yù)在改善自我形象紊亂、心理健康及焦慮情緒可起到明顯作用。多學(xué)科聯(lián)合的綜合康復(fù)干預(yù)方法有助于惡性腫瘤患者生存質(zhì)量的提高。

Title: Breast cancer patients in clinical studies of psychological intervention
Summary
Objective: This study examined breast cancer patients self-image disorders and factors for effective psychological care measures to improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer.
Research Methods: The System under the guidance of expert groups of anti-cancer and anti-cancer method of combining the analgesic treatment based on the physical function of patients receiving rehabilitation treatment at the same time psychological interventions, intervention period of 2 months. The results: breast cancer patients was significantly higher than the state of self-image disorder domestic norm, its occurrence with age, income, clinical stage, occupation and level of education and so on. For different degrees of psychological problems, given the appropriate behavior of individual psychological intervention, and achieved remarkable results.
Conclusion: The implementation of psychological intervention in cancer patients to improve self-image disorders, mental health and anxiety can play a significant role. Joint multi-disciplinary comprehensive rehabilitation intervention to help improve the quality of life of patients with malignant tumors.
