護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)預(yù)防和減少孕期焦慮、抑郁的影響

論文題目：孕婦焦慮、抑郁的現(xiàn)狀及影響因素分析
 摘    要
 目的：調(diào)查女性在懷孕期間的焦慮、抑郁等現(xiàn)狀，并對(duì)其影響因素進(jìn)行分析。
 方法：本文研究調(diào)查了孕期女性發(fā)生焦慮和抑郁現(xiàn)象的概率，分析闡述了具體的影響因素和護(hù)理措施。隨機(jī)抽取了226名初產(chǎn)婦，年齡22歲-37歲。分娩前、后由評(píng)估員對(duì)每位產(chǎn)婦進(jìn)行愛(ài)丁堡產(chǎn)后抑郁量表(EPDS)填寫，和社會(huì)心理因素影響的調(diào)查，并進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。
 結(jié)果：本研究共完整調(diào)查256例孕產(chǎn)婦，其中焦慮者66人，發(fā)生率為25.6%。重度焦慮者21人，發(fā)生率為8.3%。產(chǎn)前抑郁者36人，發(fā)生率為14.3%。焦慮、抑郁并存者26人，發(fā)生率為10.1%。于產(chǎn)后一周內(nèi)進(jìn)行心理狀況EPDS調(diào)查，產(chǎn)后憂郁者55人，發(fā)生率為21.4%。產(chǎn)后抑郁者44人，發(fā)生率為17.3%。
 結(jié)論：不同年齡階段的產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后都會(huì)有不同程度的焦慮抑郁情緒。由于身體健康狀況等問(wèn)題，年齡大的產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后抑郁、焦慮情緒的發(fā)病率明顯較高。年齡小些的產(chǎn)婦相比之下，焦慮抑郁情緒的情況少些。護(hù)理過(guò)程中，應(yīng)當(dāng)重視產(chǎn)婦心理狀況，給予必要的護(hù)理。

 Title： pregnant women, anxiety, depression status and its influencing factors
 ABSTRACT
Objectives：To investigate women during pregnancy, anxiety, depression status, and the influence factors were analyzed.
Methods： This study investigated the female during pregnancy place the probability of the phenomenon of anxiety and depression, analyzed and discussed the impact of specific factors and nursing interventions.Random sample of 226 primipara, aged 22 -37 years of age.Before delivery, after the mothers were assessed to each member of the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) completed, and psychosocial factors in the survey, and conducted statistical analysis.Results：A total of 256 cases of maternal full investigation, including anxiety 66, the rate was 25.6%.Severe anxiety, 21, an incidence rate of 8.3%.Prenatal depression were 36 rate was 14.3%.Anxiety and depression were 26 co-exist, the rate was 10.1%.Postnatal week in the psychological status of the investigation EPDS, postnatal depression, 55, the rate was 21.4%.Postpartum depression in 44 people, the rate was 17.3%..Conclusion： SPostpartum maternal age will have varying degrees of anxiety and depression.Issues such as health status, older maternal postpartum depression and anxiety significantly higher incidence.Maternal age, smaller compared with the situation of anxiety and less depression.Nursing process, the importance of maternal mental state should be given the necessary care.
