論文題目:十堰地區(qū)不同教育層次實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生對(duì)臨床帶教老師有效教學(xué)行為評(píng)價(jià)的研究 摘 要 研究目的: 臨床護(hù)理教學(xué)是護(hù)理教學(xué)的重要組成部分,是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,獲取護(hù)理技能,培養(yǎng)獨(dú)立工作能力的重要學(xué)習(xí)階段。探討十堰市實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生對(duì)臨床帶教現(xiàn)狀評(píng)價(jià)。 研究方法: 采用采用自設(shè)《人口學(xué)變量問(wèn)卷》、自編封閉式《臨床帶教現(xiàn)狀評(píng)價(jià)量表》對(duì)300名實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查。所獲資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,統(tǒng)計(jì)方法包括描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)、方差分析。 研究結(jié)果: 各醫(yī)院教師在初始學(xué)歷、年齡、工作年齡、最高學(xué)歷、教學(xué)年資、職稱(chēng)、接受教學(xué)培訓(xùn)等方面差異均無(wú)顯著性(P>0.05)。護(hù)生在年齡、性別、是否獨(dú)生子女、生源地等差異無(wú)顯著性(P>0.05)。大專(zhuān)生、二級(jí)學(xué)院本科生、統(tǒng)招本科生的教學(xué)能力、臨床勝任、學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)、師生關(guān)系及個(gè)性特征無(wú)顯著性差異(P<0.05)。 研究結(jié)論: 臨床教學(xué)質(zhì)量直接影響學(xué)生今后的發(fā)展,因此如何提高臨床教學(xué)質(zhì)量,是臨床教學(xué)的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。 關(guān)鍵詞 :實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生 ;臨床帶教;現(xiàn)狀評(píng)價(jià) 論文類(lèi)型:研究報(bào)告 Abstract Background: Clinical nursing teaching is an important part of the nursing teaching, which could cultivate students' theory with practice,require the nursing skills, cultivate the ability to work independently in the learning stage. Objectives: To explore the current evaluation of clinical teaching among probationer in nursing. Methods: A survey was conducted with a total sample of 300 nursing probationers using self-designed closed NCTEI scale. Descriptive statistics, Independent-Samples T Test, One-Way ANOVA Test were used to analyze data to address research questions. The assumptions for each of the statistical measures were met and a value of p<0.05 (2-tailed) was considered significant. Results: Nursing probationers with different levels have no significant difference between groups(P>0.05). Conclusions: Clinical nursing teaching quality directly influence the development of nursing probationers. So it is an important step for how to improve the quality of the clinical teaching.
