論文題目：電話回訪式護(hù)理教育對(duì)白血病病人化療間歇期各項(xiàng)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率的研究
摘 要
 目 的：研究電話回訪式護(hù)理教育對(duì)白血病病人化療間歇期各項(xiàng)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率的影響，為電話回訪式護(hù)理教育應(yīng)用于白血病病人化療間歇期提供理論依據(jù)。
 方 法: 收集白血病化療患者的電話號(hào)碼、住址等信息，隨機(jī)均分為回訪組和對(duì)照組；于每次化療結(jié)束出院后開(kāi)始對(duì)患者進(jìn)行電話回訪，根據(jù)患者的各自健康狀況每次化療結(jié)束后的間歇期對(duì)患者進(jìn)行1-2次健康教育，內(nèi)容包括日常生活護(hù)理、環(huán)境與休息護(hù)理、飲食護(hù)理、心理護(hù)理、預(yù)防感染的護(hù)理、預(yù)防出血的護(hù)理、貧血的護(hù)理及惡心嘔吐的護(hù)理及其他護(hù)理。回訪半年后對(duì)回訪組和對(duì)照組患者的感染、發(fā)熱、出血率及死亡率進(jìn)行比較分析，t檢驗(yàn)分析二者評(píng)分有無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。
 結(jié) 果: 回訪實(shí)驗(yàn)組的感染、發(fā)熱、出血率均低于對(duì)照組，兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。回訪組的死亡率低于對(duì)照組，但兩組差異沒(méi)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0．05)。
 結(jié) 論: 電話回訪式護(hù)理教育可降低白血病病人化療間歇期各項(xiàng)并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率，提高患者的生活質(zhì)量，應(yīng)予以推廣。

 Title: The Research Of Telephone Interview-health Education On the leukaemia patient chemotherapy complication
ABSTRACT
 Objective：Study of nursing education in return calls leukaemia patient chemotherapy complication of interval, the influence of nursing education for telephone return applied leukaemia patient break chemotherapy provides theory basis.
 Methods: Collect leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy phone number, address, etc, were divided randomly information visit group and control group, On each end of chemotherapy after discharge start with telephone, according to the respective health after the end of each period of intermittent chemotherapy in patients with 1-2 times health education, include daily life nursing, environment and the rest care, diet nursing, psychological nursing, preventing infection of nursing, preventing anemia in nursing, hemorrhage of nursing and nausea and vomiting and other nursing care. Return to return after six group and the control group of patients with fever, infection, hemorrhage and mortality comparing analysis, t test scores have both statistically analyzed.
 Results: Review of infection, fever, bleeding rates are lower than those of the control group, the two groups was statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Return from the two groups, but the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).
 Conclusions: Telephone return type of nursing education can reduce leukaemia patient chemotherapy break the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of the patients should be popularized.
