摘 要
    制造業作為國民經濟的支柱產業，既為社會創造了豐富的物質財富，同時又要消耗大量的資源和造成嚴重的環境污染。環境己經成為社會經濟發展的一個關鍵因素，各國政府為企業制定了越來越嚴格的環保法規，消費者也表現出對環境管理的極大關注。有鑒于此，如何使制造業減少資源消耗和盡可能少地產生環境污染是21世紀制造業面臨解決的重大問題。為此21世紀的制造業實施綠色制造技術，貫徹可持續發展戰略己勢在必行。
    綠色制造是可持續發展理念在制造業的實現方式，它有效解決了傳統制造業在發展過程中出現的種種問題，成為新時代制造業發展的方向。然而，國內外對綠色制造的研究尚處于初步發展階段，研究內容主要是集中在綠色制造的概念、理論的闡述及具體應用方面，對綠色制造作整體而深入的研究卻較少，特別是作為綠色制造從理論進入實踐的關鍵環節——綠色制造系統判定和評價方法方面的研究極不成熟。本文以管理學、經濟學、創新理論和可持續發展理論方法為指導，將可持續發展與制造業有機地結合起來，對綠色制造系統的評價指標體系和評價方法進行了較為全面和深入的研究。
    本論文主要內容分兩部分：第一部分對綠色制造進行系統綜述，為后面部分的進一步深入研究打下基礎；第二部分闡述了綠色制造系統（GSM）的綠色評價指標概念和準則，提出了綠色制造系統的綠色評價指標判定體系，擬出一份針對浙江省機械制造業的綠色評價指標問卷。

ABSTRACT 
  Manufacturing is the supporting estate of national economy.Which has created abundant substance wealth for soeiety, and at the same time, consumed a large amount of resource and caused serious environmental pollution. Environment has increasingly been a key factor for social economic development, thereby the center and local governments of every country draw up more striet environment Protection laws and consumers also greatly concern environmental management. Consequently, the important Problem faced by 21st century manufacturing is how to reduce resource consumption and environmental pollution. Therefore, implementing green manufacturing technology and carrying through sustainable development strategy is imperative for the 21st century manufacturing.
     The green manufacturing is the realization way of the sustainable development idea in manufacturing industry, its effective solved tradition manufacturing industry has planted all sorts of questions in the developing process which appears, comes to be development direction of the new times manufacturing industry. However, in the green manufacturing research domestic and foreign still was at the preliminary   development phase. The research content mainly was concentrates in the green manufacturing concept, the theory elaboration and the aspect of concrete application, but it made actually few research on the green manufacturing comprehensively and thoroughly. Specially, to be the most important phase from theory to practice, the research on determination of green manufacturing system and the method of its eva luation is still blank. Guided by developing economics, the theory of system engineering and the method of industry engineering, combining organically the sustainable development with the development of manufacturing industry, this paper comprehensively and profoundly studies the eva luation indicators system and eva luation method of green manufacturing.
     The main content of this paper is divided two parts : The first part summarized the green manufacturing system , to build the foundation
for the further research of behind parts. At the second part, the concept and feature of green manufacturing system(GMS)are expounded, and construct a investigation of GMS for the manufacturing enterprise in zhejiang province.
