摘  要

 隨著WTO的深入和各項經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的放開，我國正日漸成為跨國企業(yè)全球戰(zhàn)略部署的關(guān)鍵.目前，發(fā)達(dá)國家全社會物流成本占GDP的比重一般保持在10%左右。而根據(jù)調(diào)查，我國全社會物流成本占GDP的比重，自1998年降到21.4%以來，連續(xù)7年上下徘徊， 2004年仍為21.3%，2005年我國物流費(fèi)用原占GDP的21％，經(jīng)濟(jì)普查調(diào)整后約占GDP的18.6％，雖然產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)有所不同，但從一個側(cè)面也反映了中國物流的粗放與落后。同時隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的逐步規(guī)范和招標(biāo)、比較采購等新型采購供應(yīng)方式在制造企業(yè)的普遍實施，原材料進(jìn)貨已透明化，一般說來原材料采購成本占產(chǎn)品成本的60-70%，加上外委外協(xié)約占75%左右，成本下降空間不大，專靠供應(yīng)商競爭來降低成本已不是最佳選擇。因此業(yè)內(nèi)資深專家預(yù)言，在新世紀(jì)，誰掌握了物流與配送，誰就贏得了市場。隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的興起和發(fā)展，企業(yè)的物流配送運(yùn)用知識管理原理，在分析物流企業(yè)知識管理重點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，提出在知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的21世紀(jì)，我國物流企業(yè)需要通過先進(jìn)信息管理技術(shù)，逐步實行知識編碼化、建設(shè)與完善企業(yè)的知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及改造企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)，才能進(jìn)一步提高物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量、高效配置資源、實現(xiàn)智能化物流的觀點(diǎn)，旨在為實現(xiàn)我國物流企業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化管理、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益提供新的途徑。

Efficient allocation of resources to implement intelligent logistics point of view to achieving the modernization of logistics enterprise management, enhance economic efficiency provide new ways.
