基于OurwayERP系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)計劃管理模塊的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)

摘要

 隨著計算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和普及以及計算機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)的不斷提高，制造業(yè)企業(yè)不能夠局限于手工計算和簡單的生產(chǎn)計劃制定，ERP系統(tǒng)是在先進(jìn)的企業(yè)管理思想的基礎(chǔ)上，應(yīng)用信息技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)對整個企業(yè)資源的一體化管理系統(tǒng)，是大型現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中不可或缺的有力管理工具，是企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化和信息化程度的重要標(biāo)志。
 本文主要介紹了我國制造業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題，基于這個提出了ERP系統(tǒng)，分析了ERP系統(tǒng)相比于傳統(tǒng)的手工和管理方式所帶來的優(yōu)勢，ERP系統(tǒng)基于C/S三層結(jié)構(gòu)，采用采用了Borland 的MIDAS 技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)將數(shù)據(jù)集從服務(wù)器上的TTable 或TQuery對象轉(zhuǎn)移至客戶端的TClientDataSet 對象，簡單介紹了ERP系統(tǒng)組成的主要的子系統(tǒng)，以及各個子系統(tǒng)所起的作用。著重講解了利用Delphi6和SQL Server 2000開發(fā)工具設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)計劃管理系統(tǒng)的方法。還介紹了數(shù)據(jù)庫表單的組成方式和簡單的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系。
 本文是根據(jù)客戶需求進(jìn)行設(shè)計和實(shí)現(xiàn)的，不僅闡述了制造業(yè)在計劃管理系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu)和生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營方式，還闡述了實(shí)現(xiàn)該系統(tǒng)主要的SQL腳本，以及Delphi6前臺數(shù)據(jù)參數(shù)的傳入和界面的設(shè)計。

ABSTRACT

 As the computer network technology development and popularization and computer database technology improvement, Manufacturing enterprises can not be limited to simple manual calculation and production planning, ERP system is in the advanced enterprise management on the basis of ideology, uses information technology resources to realize the entire enterprise integration management, an integral part of effective management tools of Large-scale modern enterprise management, an important indicator of the degree of Enterprise modernization and information.
 This paper Introduces China's manufacturing industry and the status of the existing problems, For this to the ERP system, Analysis of the ERP system compared to the traditional manual and management of the advantages brought about by the way, ERP system based on C / S three-tier structure, users MIDAS technology of Borland to achieve date from the server on the TTable or TQuery transferred to the target client TClientDataSet object, A brief introduction of the ERP system composed of the major subsystems, as well as the various subsystem’s Role. Focused on the use of Delphi6 and SQL Server 2000 development tools design and implementation of the Planning management systems’ way. Also introduced a database on the composition and form a simple association.
 This article is based on customer demand for the design and implementation, Not only on the manufacturing sector in the Planning management system and the system overall structure of production and management methods, Also described the system to achieve the main SQL scripts, and the prospects Delphi6 data into the parameters and interface design.
