摘要
    隨著移動通信技術的迅速發展，作為移動通信的一種重要增值業務的SMS(短消息服務)也得到了迅速的發展。在企業信息化的建設過程中，短信功能的應用逐步扮演著越來越重要的作用，積極地推動著企業信息化的快速發展。
 本文首先對SMS的定義、基本工作原理、優點、應用等進行了介紹。
 主要內容包括利用MScomm控件實現計算機和手機間的串口通信;利用AT指令實現對手機的各種控制和短信的收發操作;發送和接收短信的PDU  ( Protcol Data Unit)格式分析，短信內容、手機號碼、SMSC(短消息服務中心)號碼、時間戳的編碼和解碼等。
 本文最后介紹了系統的界面設計和運行測試，并對設計體會、今后需要進一步做的工作進行了總結。

Abstract
As the rapid development of the mobile communication technology, one of the important value added service of mobile communication-Short Message Service (SMS) gets rapid development, too. During the construction of the informatization of enterprises, the application of SMS has become more and more important and contributed a lot to the rapid development of the informatization of enterprises.
It mainly contains utilizing Mscomm control to realize the serial communication between computer and cell phone, utilizing AT command to realize the cell phone control and SMS receiving and sending operation, the PDU (Protcol Data Unit) format analysis, SMS content, cell phone number, SMSC number, timestamp encoding and decoding.
Finally, the paper introduces the system interface design and operating test and summarizes the design experience and the work that shall be done in future.
