摘 要
本文介紹的是用PLC來對鍋爐輸煤系統進行控制。鍋爐輸煤系統,是指從卸煤開始,一直到將合格的煤塊送到煤倉的整個工藝過程,它包括以下幾個主要環節:卸煤生產線、煤場、輸煤系統、破碎與篩分、配煤系統以及一些輔助生產環節。本設計中主要研究的是其中的輸煤系統部分,即煤塊從給煤機傳輸到原煤倉的過程。采用了順序控制的方法。首先,介紹了PLC的一些基本常識問題。在具體的設計中,先講述了PLC設計的一些基本方法及步驟。詳細介紹了西門子公司的型號為S7-200的PLC的一些基本知識。之后重點講述了PLC程序設計中的啟動,停止,位置選擇及輸出報警等問題,也講了I/O點分配的一些事項并對本設計中的對象進行了地址分配。在上位機的設計中,我用了工業組態軟件——組態王來進行操作界面制作,并使之與PLC進行通訊,使之達到遠程控制的功能,中間又重點講述了制作操作界面的步驟及方法。

This paper design for the boiler which is beaten the coal measures together with PLC . The transportation system of coal in boiler is that beginning with unload coal from car, and until to warehouse. The system includes several chief segments: coal does unload manufacture part, coal warehouse, transportation system of coal, fragmentation coal, sift through and other supplementary system. The transportation system of coal is the chief part of this design. In other words is that a course from the machine of supply coal to the warehouse of coal.
We chose the method of sequential control in the system. First, the paper tells us some fundamental general knowledge problems of PLC and the fundamental means and step in this design. The type detailed to introduce some fundamental in formations of the PLC of S7-200 of the siemens corporation. Then we can know some problem about PLC programming 's start, stop and output alarm, and also say that I/O touches some matters distributing has been underway the address assignment allocation to the target in native design . In ordinate engine design , I use the industry configuration , and software - configuration monarch comes to manipulate interface manufacturing , and cause it carry on the news dispatch against PLC , causing it attain the remote control meritorious service capacity , move and means manufacturing the operation interface are stress give an account of once more to the middle .
