摘 要
組態(tài)一詞來(lái)源于英文單詞Configuration,“組態(tài)軟件”作為一個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ),到目前為止,并沒(méi)有一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的定義。從組態(tài)軟件的內(nèi)涵上說(shuō)組態(tài)軟件是指在軟件領(lǐng)域內(nèi),操作人員根據(jù)應(yīng)用對(duì)象及控制任務(wù)的要求,配置(包括對(duì)象的定義、制作和編輯,對(duì)象狀態(tài)特征屬性參數(shù)的設(shè)定等)用戶(hù)應(yīng)用軟件的過(guò)程,也就是把組態(tài)軟件視為“應(yīng)用程序生成器”。從應(yīng)用角度講組態(tài)軟件是完成系統(tǒng)硬件與軟件溝通、建立現(xiàn)場(chǎng)與監(jiān)控層溝通的人機(jī)界面的軟件平臺(tái),它的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域不僅僅局限于工業(yè)自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域。而工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域是組態(tài)軟件應(yīng)用的重要陣地,伴隨著集散型控制系統(tǒng)DCS (Distributed Control System)的出現(xiàn)組態(tài)軟件已引入工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)。
在工業(yè)過(guò)程控制系統(tǒng)中存在著兩大類(lèi)可變因素:一是操作人員需求的變化;二是被控對(duì)象狀態(tài)的變化及被控對(duì)象所用硬件的變化。而組態(tài)軟件正是在保持軟件平臺(tái)執(zhí)行代碼不變的基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)改變軟件配置信息(包括圖形文件、硬件配置文件、實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等),適應(yīng)兩大不同系統(tǒng)對(duì)兩大因素的要求,構(gòu)建新的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的平臺(tái)軟件。以這種方式構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)既提高了系統(tǒng)的成套速度,又保證了系統(tǒng)軟件的成熟性和可靠性,使用起來(lái)方便靈活,而且便于修改和維護(hù)。本次設(shè)計(jì)主要是利用組態(tài)軟件控制技術(shù)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)智能控制交通燈,使城市交通更加井然有序。

Abstract
A configuration word originates from English word Configuration, “the configuration software” takes technical expression, so far, not a unified definition. From the configuration software's connotation said that the configuration software is refers to the software domain, the operators act according to the application object and the control duty request, the disposition (including object definition, manufacture and edition, object condition characteristic attribute parameter hypothesis and so on) the user application software's process, is also regards as the configuration software “the application procedure generator”. Speaks the configuration software from the application angle is completes the system hardware and the software communication, establishes the scene and the monitoring level communication man-machine contact surface software platform, its application domain not only limits to the industrial automation domain. But the industrial control domain is the configuration software application critical position, is following collection and distribution control system DCS (Distributed Control System) the appearance configuration software has introduced the industrial control system. Has two broad heading variable factors in the commercial run control system: First, operators demand change; Second, the controlled plant condition's change and the controlled plant uses hardware's change. But the configuration software is precisely in maintains the software platform carries out in the code invariable foundation through the change software disposition information (including graphic file, hardware configuration files, real-time database and so on), adapts two big different systems to two big factor requests, constructs the new supervisory system's platform software. Both raised system's complete speed by this way construction system, and had guaranteed system software's maturation and the reliability, use the convenience to be flexible, moreover is advantageous for the revision and the maintenance. This design is mainly realizes the intelligent control traffic light using the configuration software control technology, causes the municipal transportation to be more systematic.
