摘要
本設計是以8051單片機系統為核心,用鉑電阻使溫度傳感器對水輪發電機組的軸承溫度、發電機定子繞組和鐵心的溫度、主變壓器的溫度等多點溫度進行實時巡檢,對溫度進行實時采集,得到模擬信號,經過模數轉換器將其轉換為數字信號,并且要將其中的干擾信號去除,輸入到單片機中進行處理,其結果不僅能在本地顯示,而且可以利用單片機串行口通過RS-485總線及通信協議將采集的數據傳送到主控機,進行進一步存檔,處理。如果溫度值超出限定范圍,系統將進行聲光報警,各檢測單元能獨立完成各自功能,從而加強對電站主要設備的安全監視,以保證設備的運行壽命和安全,提高水電站的安全運行水平。
