摘要
電磁閥是用電磁控制的工業(yè)設備,用在工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)中調整介質的方向、流量、速度和其他的參數(shù)。電磁閥是用電磁的效應進行控制,主要的控制方式由繼電器控制。這樣,電磁閥可以配合不同的電路來實現(xiàn)預期的控制,而控制的精度和靈活性都能夠保證。電磁閥具有結構簡單,易于實現(xiàn),抗污染能力強,價格便宜,易于同電子回路配合等特點。本文從電磁閥的功能及特點入手,著重介紹了電磁線圈的設計及制造工藝,計算機編程設計相匹配的線圈。在介紹中主要側重線圈的設計,為電磁閥產品的節(jié)能降耗提供有利保障。

Abstract
Solenoid valve is used electromagnetic control of industrial equipment , industrial control systems used in medium to adjust the direction of traffic, speedandother parameters. Electromagnetic valve is used to control the effects of electromagnetic, the main control by the control relay. In this way, electromagnetic valve to meet different circuit to achieve the desired control, and control the accuracy and flexibility can guarantee that. Electromagnetic valve is simple in structure, easy to implement, and strong anti-pollution, are cheap, easy to tie in with the same electronic circuit and so on. This article from the electromagnetic valve functions and features start, focused on the design and electromagnetic coil manufacturing technology, computer programming designed to match the coil. In introducing the main focus on the design of the coil, electromagnetic valve of energy saving products provide aconducive security.
