摘  要

  擁有一套理想的住房是每一個人的夢想，合理的電氣設計能使住宅更加舒適、實用和完美。對住戶來講，住宅電氣設計是選房、購房的一個不能忽視的重要因素。住宅的裝修可以使房間煥然一新，但住宅樓、住宅小區的基本市政條件，住宅樓的各種電氣系統，住宅樓的施工質量以及建筑物的結構形式等卻不是住戶所能左右的。關于住宅電氣改造電氣改造是家居裝飾工程的一部分，要根據住戶的使用要求、家具布置、裝修風格及家電布置，對照原有燈具、插座和出線口位置確定方案。要遵守有關的技術要求和規范，保證施工質量和安全，以避免施工過程中或入住后反復修改。住宅的電氣改造因其造價不高，又很瑣碎，常常得不到裝修單位應有的重視。但對住戶來說，少一個插座、電視或電話出線口，都會造成使用不便，在裝飾一新的家里拉明線也顯得不協調。建議預留一些插座、電視和電話出線口，在進戶混凝土墻、戶內混凝土墻上預留一些過墻管，以免以后改動時對裝修造成破壞。 要由專業電工來進行施工。電氣改造工程無論大小，因其涉及到人身安全，一定要請專業人員來進行設計，請專業電工來進行施工。
