About the minor enterprise funding shortages of the causes and strategies
ABSTRACT
A shortage of funds, today's enterprises is a common social problems, economic life has become the focus of the contradictions and difficulties. A shortage of funds, not only affected the normal production and operation of enterprises, resulting in low efficiency of enterprises and the financial impact, affecting the market, causing the entire socio-economic operation of the contagion effect. Therefore, the analysis of the reasons for the shortage of funds enterprises, enterprises seek to resolve the shortage of funds means to have a very important practical significance. In this paper, first, the basic situation of small and medium-sized enterprises were reviewed, points out that the small and medium-sized enterprise development and to our country economy the positive role and lead to solve small and medium-sized enterprises in China fund shortage problem of importance and urgency. Then listed smes financial status deposit and problems, analyzes the shortage of capital requirements of small and medium enterprises, mainly from external cause and internal cause two aspects about, and finally put forward to solve the shortage of funds strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises, separately from establishing and perfecting supervision mechanism specification operators behavior, establish investment management system to strengthen business investment management, optimize product structure, strengthening of management strengths of be particular about funding returns, improve management, USES the legal route six were discussed.
