摘 要
由于玻璃材料的易碎性,因此玻璃在包裝領域的應用是比較稀少的,而對于啤酒卻出于種種原因不得不使用這種材料。在啤酒的儲運過程中,瓶子的跌落和碰撞是造成包裝損壞,進而造成內裝物——啤酒泄露和損耗的一個重要原因。這種損耗所造成的損失往往巨大的,液體飲料不像其他商品,一旦泄露將是無法挽回的,況且還要追加上包裝材料的損失。在啤酒飲用的高峰期夏天還經常發生因為酒瓶炸裂而產生的傷人事件。因此如何最優設計玻璃包裝容器的防護包裝,避免一些不必要的損失,也就成了一個值得研究的重要課題。
本文采用有限元分析軟件ANSYS/LS-DYNA的跌落模塊(Drop Test Module),它是進行模擬啤酒瓶跌落過程的應力變化的一個很好的軟件。它基本的思路是,先是在軟件上建立一個啤酒瓶的模型,定義材料的各種屬性,進行網格的劃分,形成有限元模型,然后設定瓶子的跌落初速度,重力加速度等參數,模擬緩沖包裝系統的跌落響應試驗。經過計算機的自動分析,就能夠得到瓶子在整個跌落過程中的應力應變云圖,和加速度響應動態特性,獲取相關數據,最后優化啤酒瓶的緩沖包裝結構設計。
