大連萬達集團股份有限公司（以下簡稱為“萬達集團”）作為我國的標志性大型企業，其提供的產品服務遍布全國，在整個市場經濟環境中的競爭霸主地位毋庸置疑。但同時，萬達集團企業內部控制也面臨著重重挑戰和困境，新的問題不斷暴露出來，制約了其進一步發展。中國加入WTO以后，國際競爭日趨激烈全球經濟的一體化趨勢越來越明顯，在這種形勢下，我國的企業必須提高自身的競爭力。在當今中國經濟野蠻生長的背景下，萬達集團的發展堪稱是中國的龍頭企業。因此，對萬達集團內部控制問題的研究也對中國企業的發展有著重要的指導意義。

在本篇論文中，以大連萬達集團為研究對象，分析了萬達集團內部控制存在的問題并針對這些問題的提出相應的建議。首先，本文梳理了內部控制制度的相關理論；其次，介紹了萬達集團的企業概況；再次，介紹了萬達集團現階段內部控制制度的狀況并對其內部控制制度存在的問題進行了分析，涵蓋了組織結構、風險控制、對子公司的控制關系、信息傳遞和溝通以及企業文化五大方面；最后，針對存在的問題提出了相應的建議。

Research on Internal Control of Dalian Wanda Group Co.， Ltd

Abstract: Dalian Wanda Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wanda Group") is a large and symbolic enterprise in China. Its products and services are all over the country. There is no doubt that it has the dominant position in the whole market economy environment. But at the same time, the internal control of Wanda Group is also facing many challenges and difficulties. New problems are constantly exposed, which restricts its further development. After China's entry into WTO, the trend of integration of global economy is becoming more and more obvious. Under this situation, Chinese enterprises must improve their competitiveness. In the context of today's barbaric growth of China's economy, the development of Wanda Group can be regarded as the leading enterprise in China. Therefore, the research on the internal control of Wanda Group also has an important guiding significance for the development of Chinese enterprises. 

In this paper, taking Dalian Wanda Group as the research object, the existing problems of Wanda Group's internal control are analyzed and the corresponding suggestions are put forward. Firstly, this paper combs the relevant theories of internal control system; secondly, it introduces the general situation of Wanda Group's enterprises; thirdly, it introduces the current situation of Wanda Group's internal control system and analyses the problems existing in its internal control system, including organizational structure, risk control, control relationship with subsidiaries, information transmission and communication, and enterprises. Five aspects of industry culture. Finally, according to the existing problems, the corresponding suggestions are put forward and the prospects of Wanda Group's internal control are forecasted.
