中國工商銀行綠色金融發展研究

摘 要

在環境問題愈發嚴峻的時代背景下，發達國家逐漸開始關注環保事業的發展，低碳經濟在此過程中嶄露頭角，綠色金融在國際上的關注度也因此越來越高。我國積極跟隨探索綠色發展的潮流，通過中共中央發布“第十三個五年計劃”正式確立了綠色發展的理念。我國在全面進行環境治理的過程中，巧妙運用綠色金融來走經濟可持續發展道路，將會有效調節經濟發展與環境的矛盾。作為我國金融業主力軍的綠色金融，在未來必然會成為銀行與金融機構轉型的重要方向。然而近些年我國商業銀行綠色金融雖發展迅猛，但在此過程中仍有許多困難需要各個行業共同克服，攜手進步。本文針對綠色金融在商業銀行發展中存在的問題，以工商銀行為例提出可行性建議，以期促進工商銀行以及整個銀行業綠色金融的健康發展。

Abstract

In the background of more and more severe environmental problems, developed countries have gradually begun to pay attention to the development of environmental protection. Low carbon economy has come to the fore in this process, and the green finance has become more and more high in international attention. China has actively followed the trend of exploring green development, and formally established the concept of green development through the "thirteenth five years plan" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. In the process of comprehensive environmental governance, our country skillfully uses green finance to take the road of sustainable economic development, which will effectively regulate the contradiction between economic development and the environment. As the main force of China's financial industry, green finance will become an important direction of transformation of banks and financial institutions in the future. However, in recent years, the green finance of commercial banks in China is developing rapidly, but there are still many difficulties in this process that all industries need to overcome together and make progress together. In view of the problems existing in the development of green finance in commercial banks, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for industrial and commercial banks as an example, in order to promote the healthy development of the green finance of the industrial and commercial banks and the whole banking industry.
